Order Processing

As life-long motorcyclists and motorcycle industry professionals, we know this is a small industry and “what goes around comes around”.  Although all businesses need to make a profit, we’re not in this for short-term gain, and are committed to a set of values that provide you with honesty, integrity and the good old “Golden Rule”.

Order Processing Time

We do our very best to get orders out the same day as they are received. Cutoff time for guaranteed same day shipping with USPS is 10am EST, although, often times we are able to ship orders same-day placed after 10am. If you select a UPS shipping option at checkout, the cutoff time for same-day shipping is 3pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shelby Township, Michigan.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, and Discover. Online orders using credit cards for payment must include the credit card number, expiration date, authorization code and the same billing address where you receive your statement. For maximum security, we DO NOT retain your credit card information. We reserve the right to refuse orders with a ship-to address different than the billing address.

PayPal

When purchasing with PayPal, please note that you will exit the Racer Gloves USA website and be redirected to the PayPal website during the checkout process. You should continue until you receive a confirmation message from PayPal, assuring that your payment has been completed. If you do not complete this process, your order cannot be filled and shipped.
