The Stratos Goretex Glove is a waterproof glove that is packed with features. The GORETEX® X-TRAFIT technology provides extraordinary comfort, feel and complete waterproofness. The Stratos is made of a cowhide and goatskin chassis and a goatskin palm. A leather covered hard shell knuckle along with a gel pad on the palm provides needed protection. Un-insulated, this glove is best for warmer climates that require waterproofness over warmth.

The Inside Line Notes - The Stratos fits true to size but tends to be a bit tight around the wrist getting in/out. Depending if you use grip heaters and or hand guards this glove can be worn down to temps as low as 40 degrees F. A favorite among BMW riders who run warmers/guards. Without grip heaters or hand guards, it will keep you warm and dry down to temps in the 50's F. Technically, this is the glove that replaced the popular Multitop waterproof glove. The Goretex X-Trafit liner in the Stratos provides outstanding comfort and what makes this such a great glove!

Picked these up about 6 weeks ago and love them. Most comfortable waterproof glove I have ever worn. The liner blocks wind and keeps my hands warm enough into the high 40s without heated grips or handguards. I hate bulky gloves and would rather be slightly cold but still have good feel than be completely toasty without dexterity, so these are perfect for me. Have not had occasion to test in the rain yet.
In sum, a great year-round glove for temperate climates and a most-of-the-year glove for anywhere else.

Bought this from Racer's site after talking with Lee a bit. Wanted something that kept me dry and slightly warm. With heated grips this glove is perfect for my commute and have worn it in 40d weather no problem. Fit is outstanding as Racer claims and is breaking in nicely. Is a bit tight getting in, but I have wide hands for my size. Reccomend these.

While a full review will be coming in an upcoming issue of Motorcycle Consumer News, our first impressions are good:
The Stratos makes use of Goretex's innovation Xtrafit technology, so the glove provides waterproofing without any excess material between your hands and the controls. This means no insulation, either though, so be aware. The chassis adds to the control feel and comfort with high-quality leather that is a joy to wear. External armor befits a middleweight sports glove, and the closure feels plenty secure. We like that the gauntlet is narrow enough to fit over or under a jacket cuff, as the weather dictates. The glove does fit a bit narrow across the palm, but seems to be breaking in nicely.
Overall, this is a top-notch glove that uses advanced tech to handle changing weather without losing the feel that is so important to riding.
